SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aren’t fans of paying excessively for shipping when we purchase items from on-line retailers so at WOMEN RUN we wanted to keep things simple. For US orders there will be a flat fee of $5 to ship any order within the US. International orders will have a flat fee of $15 per order. Some exceptions may apply, including items such as stickers, bags, and other small light products that will ship FREE. Items that will ship FREE will be noted under the product on the website.
Need to return an item? You can print out a WOMEN RUN provided return postage label and the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. If we mailed you something in error or an item is faulty, the return shipping cost will not be deducted and you will receive a full refund.
ORDER TRACKING
Wondering where your order is? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. In that email, there will be a tracking number and link where you can keep track of your order until it arrives safely on your doorstep!
